Soft Cake Nectarines and Saffron.
I take the recipe for a delicious cake nectarines I had done it some time ago. The scent of saffron is really subtle and gives a lot of finesse in this moist cake.
Cake nectarines and saffron
3 nectarines – Sugar 125gr – 125gr butter – 3 eggs – 250g of flour – 1 packet of yeast – 1 pinch of powder or 6 saffron pistils (filamentsd) – 2 tbsp milk

Infuse saffron in warm milk for ½ hour. Wash and cut the nectarines into small strips.
Beat butter and sugar foam. Add eggs one by one while continuing to beat, then the saffron milk. Add the flour and yeast. Mix well. Add the sliced nectarines and pour into a buttered pan or silicone.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes approx. Check doneness of the cake with a skewer – it should come out clean. Cool slightly before unmolding. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
